Khao griap bpak mor or Kanom bpak mor is healthy menu because it low fat and Thais like to eat it with fresh vegetable. In addition ,The selenium in garlic not only helps prevent heart disease, but also provides protection against cancer and heavy metal toxicity.

It would be great if you could post the recipe for these on your site. My favourite dish has always been Som Tam but having tried these for the first time this year I might have a new favourite! I tasted them whilst visiting the Tha Kha and Ampawa floating markets.
Khao griap bpak mor is a Thai cuisine. It is a healthy dish and good in taste. I did try it once when i was on the tour of Thailand. I enjoyed its taste and decoration also.
